• Site survey, draft design and final design:

50% of the above design charges are payable prior to the site survey being conducted. The second 50% is payable on receipt of the final design and will be deducted from the final balance should you proceed to the full construction of the garden.

All prices shown include VAT @ 17.5%.

*For gardens located over 50 miles from a Covey design centre there will be an extra charge of 75p per mile for our landscape designer to visit your home. We are currently unable to help with gardens over 100 miles from a Covey design centre.
