Our process is designed to make your garden planning as simple as possible:

1. Take a look at our selection of pre-planned designs online or in our brochure or choose a bespoke scheme.
2. Roughly sketch the outline of your garden with approximate measurements noting any objects that need to be integrated into the plan i.e. manhole covers, gateways, house windows, mature trees etc. Photos are also helpful but not essential.
3. Arrange a complimentary one hour appointment to meet one of our qualified design team at your nearest Covey design centre. You can do this by calling 01604 822257 or by emailing us. Our designers will discuss your requirements with you, explain the process, go through designs and examples of previous work giving you an idea of what we can do for you.
4. If you would like to proceed to the design stage, we will then arrange a site meeting for a member of our team to visit your home. They will take accurate measurements of the garden and discuss with you any particular design changes, ideas and personal requirements you may have. There will be a charge made for this visit and the completed design - for full details see below.
5. Within two weeks of our visit you will receive a draft design of your new garden along with an indication of cost.
6. Return any amendments - a final design will then be provided for you along with a transparent fixed cost. At this point you can decide whether to continue and we will then arrange a date for the implementation to begin. It’s really that simple.
7. All our work is covered by our ‘Covey Guarantee’.

Breakdown of charges

• Initial one hour consultation at a Covey Design centre – free of charge
• Site survey, draft design and final design:

50% of the above charges will be refunded should you proceed to the full construction of the garden.

All prices shown include VAT @ 17.5%.

*For gardens located over 50 miles from a Covey design centre there will be an extra charge of 75p per mile for our landscape designer to visit your home. We are currently unable to help with gardens over 100 miles from a Covey design centre.
